The Archdiocese of Milwaukee, a nonprofit organization accepts gifts subject to donor designations. However, in accordance with IRS requirements, all gifts are given to and must be treated as belonging fully to the Archdiocese and are subject to its control and discretion. In accordance with Section 170(f)(8) of the Internal Revenue Code, the Archdiocese hereby states that no goods or services of any monetary value are given to you in exchange for your gift. The only benefits provided were intangible religious benefits.
